"If you can’t fly, run; if you can’t run, walk; if you can’t walk, crawl; but by all means keep moving." — The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a portrait of Dr. King

In 1960, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. gave the Founder's Day address at Spelman College in Atlanta. His speech, Keep Moving From This Mountain" spoke about the need for people to push forward past numerous societal and philosophical struggles. He closed by saying: "If you can’t fly, run; if you can’t run, walk; if you can’t walk, crawl; but by all means keep moving."
