ROCK HALL — Kent County Public Schools is asking families to fill out a very important form. Parents who have not yet filled out the Educational Benefit Form should do so this week. The form is posted below in English and Spanish.

 

The information from the form is used by Kent County Public Schools in applying for funding to support students. To ensure proper reporting we need information from all families, regardless of household income levels.

Families can also directly benefit from submitting the form for programs, such as waivers on college application fees.

All personal information on the form is kept confidential. It is not shared with outside agencies.
