Kent County Public Schools staff, families and community members are invited to fill out an online survey and provide their input on the four draft 2025-26 calendars. The survey can be found at https://tinyurl.com/d4z82jwb. The drafts and the survey results are expected to be presented at the Board of Education's next monthly meeting, Monday, March 10.

Keeping Kids Safe Online

Student Services: Committed to enhancing student achievement

The Child Advocacy Center in Kent County has shared information provided by Shared Hope who is developing comprehensive tools for parents, teachers, and all those working with youth to protect children from the traps predators lay with a plan to get these tools into as many adult hands as possible. They will raise awareness of grooming tactics, equip adults with knowledge of technology dangers, and provide tangible “how-to” safety tips. 


National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has launched the NetSmartz website, offering safety information for families on topics including cyberbullying and online enticement and more.
